RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
POOL HOUSE
The Floor Plan.
The floor plan is showing a view as if you cut off the roof and looking down on to it. The floor plan is including cabinetry for storage, side tables and a lamp, two sofas with accented colored pillows, custom built day bed with accented pillows, book shelf, dining area that can seat six guest, two lounge chairs and a fire pit.

Private Storage Area.
The cabinets are a chocolate brown finish
with Taupe marble counter tops. This will provide space for storage. Multicolored tile is placed on the back wall as a back splash to accentuate the orange throughout the space. An orange ladder is placed beside it in the corner to hang towels or wet bathing suits.

The Living Room.
Walking from the storage area,Two comfy sofas with follow with Orange accent pillows. The sofa has a pillow top look that makes you want to lounge all day long. Custom painted art work hangs against the wall over the sofas to also make the color orange pop. Straw woven rungs lay in front of the sofas over the Pine color cork floor that is water resistant and easy to grip with wet feet.

Two windows in the corner divides the space up and gives the illusion that the area with big and open. A perfect view to the pool is easily seen from the two Teal covered sofas.

To you right of the container is the reading/ lounge area. The custom built daybed has a thinner cushion sit on built still gives that comfortable sit. The accented orange pillows also lay here to bring out the orange throughout the container pool house. Two, short but large windows, are in the corner so that you are surrounded by what you can see outside and not just white walls. Its one of the most open areas besides the sofa area. A simple bookcase with chocolate brown finish sits in the corner to the right. There is not any accessories...I hate that I didn't put any in and wish i did!

The Outdoors.
Outside of the pool house is a dining area for six people to enjoy a meal or to sit and reminisce about life. Also, a fire pit with two outdoor lounge chairs sit on the outer skirts of the patio so the view from inside isn't blocked and there is still enough room to sit comfortable while keeping warm.
The presentation board for my first residential project is complete! The layout on this board was changed so many times and I think I picked the best layout considering the size of my flooring and area rug. I am pretty happy with the outcome of the board compared to the model and ready for my commercial project!
